Privacy Policy

This website is run by the LCISD - BUILD THE FUTURE PAC (the "PAC", "we" or "us"). This policy explains what information we collect on voteyeslcisd.com, how we use it and who we share it with.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number (if you give it), your message, and whether you checked the box to receive text messages.

Address lookups. If you type an address or ZIP code into the "find my location" tool, it is sent to OpenStreetMap's search service to find the nearest vote centers. We do not store it.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and the services that run it (our website host, map tiles and web fonts) receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. Our website host may use cookies to keep the site working and to count visits.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to answer your questions and to send you updates about the Lubbock-Cooper ISD election. If you opt in, we send you text messages about campaign updates, events, volunteer opportunities and requests for donations. See our Terms & Conditions / SMS Program Terms for details.

We will not share text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, provided that the foregoing does not apply to sharing (1) with vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (and who will not use such information for their own purposes); (2) if we believe disclosure is required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation or to comply with law enforcement or legal process; and (3) if the user consents to our sharing of such information.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with vendors and service providers who help us run this website and our campaign communications, when the law requires it, or when you agree to it.
